We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days after receiving the item(s) for exchange or refund (not including shipping fees on packages returned. Only cost of items will be refunded).

30 Days Return Policy
For Incorrect / Defective Items
Cozy Handmade ensures that all items are inspected, packed and delivered properly.
However, in rare cases when you receive the wrong or defective item(s), please contact us at [email protected] with your order ID, proof of purchase, and pictures of the incorrect items. We will provide you further instructions for exchange. We will contact you once we have received the returned item and replace the item right away.
Cozy Handmade shall bear the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) to you. Please note that all exchanges will be subjected to stock availability and while Cozy Handmade endeavours to ship a replacement item(s) to you. In the event if the item(s) is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund, or if you prefer, we can exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value.
To be eligible for a return, please take note the following:
- No alterations, worn, used, or damaged items will be accepted.
- The Item(s) must be in the original condition in which it was shipped
We strongly sugguest using a trackable shipping service for any returns to Cozy Handmade. We cannot bear the responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Cozy Handmade.
No Returns on Bespoke / Monogrammed Items
We regret that we cannot accept returns on the custom made to order or monogrammed items, unless there is a serious manufacturing defect.
