30 Days Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept return for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the item. 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cozy.sg with your account information, order number, product information, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.

We strongly suggest using a shipping service with tracking facility for any returns to Cozy Handmade. We cannot bear the responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Cozy Handmade.

Please note that the original order shipping cost is non-refundable, and we will be not responsible for the return shipping fee unless it is due to defective product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For defective or incorrect item, Cozy Handmade shall bear the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. Please note that all exchanges will be subjected to stock availability and while Cozy Handmade endeavors to ship a replacement item to you. In the event if the item is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund, or if you prefer, we can exchange by way of an item of a similar value.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We regret that we cannot accept returns for custom order or monogrammed items, unless there is a serious product defect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is confirmed, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will proceed to refund once we have received your original order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
