Important Shipping Update for Our Customers in the U.S.

To our valued customers in the U.S.,

We truly value our U.S. customers and wish we had better news.

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has abolished the de minimis duty-free exemption for imports under USD $800. Under the new rules, postal shipments from countries with an effective IEEPA tariff rate below 16% are subject to an additional USD $80 fee per shipment, regardless of weight or value.

Because SingPost’s postal service (our current shipping provider) is not equipped to process these new customs duties and taxes, they have suspended all postal deliveries to the U.S. This means we currently have no viable shipping option to the U.S. for orders containing goods of commercial value.

Until we find an alternative shipping solution, we unfortunately cannot accept or fulfill orders to U.S. addresses. We understand how disappointing this is, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively exploring other options to restore service to our U.S. customers as soon as possible.
